Culture retains a strong diversity with local and regional variations and with foreign influence, to promote all the lands in the world showing respect to the human rights, being more original than any one else in that intent to think and treat the natural resources with the same understanding with others and with the intention to form strong bonds - as friends would do.

Acculturation

Acculturation is "the adoption and assimilation of an alien culture" and where "truth" cognates to "sin" or crime, truth is a threat to a doctrine that cannot stand transparency. Truth meaning accuracy and correctness grapples with falsehood where truth is put in the worse in an open and free encounter and tried as in a court of law. A catch word popularized in this sense attests "truthfullness" as an "act or quality of preferring concepts or facts one wishes to be true, rather than those known to be true". Perhaps referring to the lips (in a desire of secrecy) or the tongue (in matters of taste) or to the eyes (that reveal nakedness) or to the ears (for sounds of whispers) or to the nose (a scent of breath) or to the skin (for sensual appeal). All prosaic and unimaginative as a matter of fact - for "that portion of an inquiry concerned with the truth or falsehood of alleged facts," opposed to matter of law. To get a step or two further on the path of truth, which at present seems unlikely because the Gentleman is always truthful and sincere and the Lady coquette and flirtious, will not agree for the sake of complaisance or out of weakness, will not pass over that of which he or she disapproves. He has a clear mind, and a fearless, straightforward tongue. On the other hand she is not blunt and she is not rude. His truth is courteous; her courtesy, truthful. Never a humbug, is anyone of them. Yet, where he truthfully can, she prefers to say pleasant things.

De religiösa har tagit sig till flykt i en "båt" med hela sitt kunnande i hopp om en jätte flod som skall spola bort naturens sanningar så att de religiösa kan sätta igång och odla sina egna sanningar bland de efterlevande och de nya generationerna. Ungefär så har de religiösa medvetet jobbat under en tid med kriser, katastrofer och osäkerhet för att få ett grepp över människorna.

Djur och växtlivet har valt att inte åka med på denna "båt" då de är övertygade att de kommer att klara sig ändå, såsom de har alltid gjort sedan tidernas begynnelse och under evolutionen även avlat fram människan.

Detta resultat som inte utvecklas närmare och utan några förklaringar eller kommentarer presenteras på ett sätt av de religiösa som hoppas att det ger stöd åt deras teorier om att det skall vara underförstått att det högre väsendet är alltså "fader" eller en "frälsare" i enlighet med deras skrifter.

Resultatet visar emellertid att människorna har inte helt förlorat förståndet, men det råder fortfarande okunskap bland en stor del av människorna vilket de religiösa är benägna att missbruka för sina egna syften.

Ett frö är bara ett objekt som består av materia. Ett frö är inte en levande form. När ett frö kommer några centimeter in i en jord miljö med en temperatur på minst 15 grader C, igångsätts förändringsprocessen och fröet utvecklas till en groddväxt. Den tar fukt från jorden som i sin tur tar fukt från luften. Jordens temperatur regleras av grundvärmen eller av solen. Groddväxtens utveckling, med rotsystemet djupare ner i jorden och bladsystemet utanför, påskyndas av tillgången av fukt i jorden och solljuset ovanjord.

Slutsatsen av detta är att det är inget högre väsen som sätter igång ett objekts förvandling till en annan form eller från ett dött tillstånd till ett levande. Det är de mest vanligt och helt naturligt förekommande icke levande jordelementen som skapar förändringar hos objekten som också består av icke levande element.

Av detta följer att de icke levande jordelementen skapar förutsättningar för de levande i olika sammanhang. De levande, utom vissa växtarter, duger till inget annat än att äta upp varandra, eller bryta ner varandra, inordnade i olika näringskedjor.

Introducing a KSP culture

The culture of a group can now be defined as:
A pattern of shared basic assumptions that the group learned as it solved its problems of external adaptation and internal integration, that has worked well enough to be considered valid and therefore, to be taught to new members as the correct way to perceive, think, and feel in relation to those problems.
In other words, as groups evolve over time, they face two basic challenges: integrating individuals into an effective whole, and adapting effectively to the external environment in order to survive. As groups find solutions to these problems over time, they engage in a kind of collective learning that creates the set of shared assumptions, conclusions, acknowledgements, affirmations and ratification we call "culture."
Now describing the KSP culture as "an active living phenomenon through which people jointly create and recreate the worlds in which we live."
It focuses attention on the human side of organizational life, and finds significance and learning in even its most mundane aspects (for example, the setup in an empty meeting room as a discussion site).
It makes clear the importance of creating appropriate systems of shared meaning to help people work together toward desired outcomes.
It requires members—especially team coordinators—to acknowledge the impact of their participation on the organization’s culture. To find answers to "What impact am I having on the social construction of reality in my organization?" "What can I do to have a different and more positive impact?"
It encourages the view that the perceived relationship between an organization and its environment is also affected by the organization’s basic assumptions.
Using open-systems concepts, we know that members of a group culture may also belong to subcultures within an organization, as in many orchestra organizations, the subcultures have had different experiences over time, and their group learning has produced very different sets of basic assumptions.
The organizational culture model suggests reinterpreting such a conflict as a product of different sets of experiences. Instead of looking at conflict as "right" versus "wrong," this approach suggests that subsystems examine the assumptions underlying their participation, honor the experiences and learning that led to those assumptions, and then investigate whether those assumptions still work well in the present in order to go into the future.
"The bottom line for team coordinators is that if they do not become conscious of the cultures in which they are embedded, those cultures will manage them."
